No - A few nights I wanted to turn it on, but DH was against it -- not cold enough yet!

Re: is your heat on yet?

No. We also still sleep with the AC on and usually do for most of the year, even in the winter! Our bedroom is HOT!!! (Get your minds out of the gutter Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon ) I think it's because we're above the boiler.

Otherwise, we don't usually turn the heat on until sometime in November. When we move, I'm going to hold out as much as possible.

Us too! But we plan on turning the CAC off for the season this weekend and just opening windows. Heat will come on shortly I'm sure. We had some cold nights this week. DS' room was 66 one morning this week, he's above the garage.

We are a little further north and we turned it on for about 2 hours on Sunday since our house had such a chill and we had guests over. Once the chill was gone, we turned it off. I hope to make it at least another week.

I set it on 66 when we went to bed last night. I heard it click on twice. I'll only turn it on at night for the kids in case it drops below 66.

Re: is your heat on yet?

Nope , we still have the ac on some nights! I try o hold out until at least Halloween before I turn the heat on , and even then it is just to take the chill out until it gets really old out. Both dh and I have trouble breathing from the dryness of the heat so we hold out as long as possible.

Us too. We don't have it set to go on until it hits 64 in the house. Last night it hit 66 though.

Re: is your heat on yet?

Nope. Just shut the CAC down. I did use the electric fireplace a couple mornings to take the chill out.
