I am sorry you are going through this. Please fm lvdolphins and/or hbugal they should be able to answer a lot of questions about raising a child who happens to have ds. The decision has to be yours and dh but please consider that your child can be a healthy child. Ds will not define your child, your love and how you raise her/him will.

I am so sorry you are faced with such a difficult decision. As one who went through fertility issues myself (I believe I FMed you a couple of weeks ago) I know the internal struggle you are faced with. Many for strenght in making the decision that is right for you and your family.

I am so extremely sorry. You have go through so much to get here and to this point and to hear those words must be extremely difficult. Perhaps you might want to seek counseling to help you and your DH decide what you want to do either way. for you and your DH.

I'm so sorry you are being faced with this. It's a horrible position to be in. Do your research. You know what you are able to handle and not handle. Make your decision for you and your family's future, not for what others might think. Go with your gut.

Oh my goodness my heart is breaking while reading this post. I want to first send you tons and tons of hugs
I didn't have the exact situation in my last pregnancy but there are some similarities....my baby was diagnosed with a serious heart defect and we were faced with a similar deciision. In the end, Liam's problems were too severe and he died after 8 days.
No one and I mean no one, can tell you what to do. It is a deciison that a parent should never ever have to make. Take a little time to think what is best for you and your family. It is a very very difficult process but you will get through it. No matter what, the people who love you the most will support you and be by your side every step of the way. Also, please keep in mind that there is no WRONG decsion!! I can tell by your post how much love you love you have in your heart, and your points and soo valid and understandable!!!!!
There is no easy decision. If you need anything or any support at all you can FM, I am wishing you the best in making this decision, I will be thinkiing and praying for you!!!
