Is your DH independent or dependent

If you weren't around would he crumble bc u do everything or is he independent?

Dependent meaning that u do almost everything for him u took over the mom role.

Independent meaning he knows how to do laundry, cook, he knows where things are in the house etc....(although he may not do them now but knows how...)

I am very fortunate. DH lived on his own for 7 years before we were married so he can do it all, and he helps out with cooking and laundry.

Re: Is your DH independent or dependent

He lived alone for 10 years before marrying me, so he is pretty independent. In fact, he is out doing the grocery shopping right now Chat Icon

DH can cook and put his dishes in the dishwasher, do laundry, etc. The house would not fall apart-- but it may not be in the order I would like it-- I am a little anal and just like things to be in their place-- stuff thrown all about makes me nuts.

He's very independent. He cooks much more than I do, will do laundry, sometimes clean and he knows where everything is in the house.

Re: Is your DH independent or dependent

DH would be fine on his own- that's why I don't feel guilty when I go on little girl getaways.

I always say I have a good wife because my husband cooks, cleans, bakes, irons and sews better than I ever could...

He can do for himself but chooses not to if I'm not around. It's SOOOOO annoying. I already have one baby.
