Why did you register at both BB and BRU?

What did you register for at one that you didn't register for at the other?

Just trying to understand before I strat registering

b/c BRU is more accessible to more people, but BBB had stuff that I really liked/wanted that BRU didn't have.

We registered at BRU, bc it much more convenient for my family and friends to get to.

BBB is pretty far from where we live.

I am in the midst of this right now, and I am finding that BRU just doesn't have many of the items i am looking for.

Also-BBB has more color choices, and things like that....AND though it is further for some people, they can order online AND they can use Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons.

I would like to consolidate and just register at one place, but BRU still has some things that are necessary...

We did both BRU and BBB. BRU because it's convenient for most out-of-town people. We also registered at BBB because I like the product selection better and the customer service is way better. We've had some terrible experiences at BRU and fought with their corporate headquarters for 3 months before they finally came through and issued us an apology for their mistake.

DH and I didn't tell anyone about our registries since we plan to buy it out ourselves, but we kept BRU in case someone wanted to look us up and send us a present. Otherwise I would have just registered at BBB.

I registered at both because the reality is that BRU seems to be more convenient for most people. I also registered at BBB because they have things that BRU doesn't. In my opinion they have a better stroller and car seat selection and their customer service is good. You'll find that there are some things that you just won't like at one store and having the option of looking in another helps.

I tried to avoid BRU bc of teh problems I heard people having with them, specifically returns. I did end up doing a registry there bc they had the bassinet I wanted there and the bedding so I did alot of small stuff there. All of my big items are at BBB because they had a much bigger selection and they had some brands that BRU didnt

I only reg at BRU but there ae things at BBB that i "put the word out" for

ie- pack n play (the one i want isnt at BRU), Bugaboo accessories

I registered at both with both pregnancies. I get 20 percent off all purchases at BBB because my DH company owns that store. I get 20 percent off unlimited entire purchases so it helps!!
