So I decided to register at BRU (smaller items, more locations) and BBB (larger items, since people can use 20% coupons from Bed Bath and Beyond and I like them better than BRU).

I was looking through my BRU registry online yesterday to make sure I had a high chair, and one of the items listed was for $99.99. The description was just a bunch of numbers and letters, and there was no link to click on (it was at the bottom of my registry), so I have no idea what that is.

I called the 1-800 number, and the woman told me I would have to GO TO THE STORE to see what it is. Okay, it's snowing out and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. That's happening.

So I called a BRU location where they had me on hold for 15 MINUTES while they "looked" for the item..multiple workers picked up accidentally for other calls until I finally hung up.

Awesome customer service. I still don't know what the item is, by the way. Vent over. Man, I am so cranky.
