Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I didn't register at both because BRU is more convenient to our house. I did however go to BBB to look at things once during pregnancy.
We went to BBB the other day and they do have a few things that BRU didn't have. I got my baby carrier there because they had the one I wanted and BRU didn't carry it.
Also, Buy Buy Baby takes Bed Bath and Beyond coupons for some items.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
i was going to but ultimately i didnt. Everything at BRU was cheaper than BBB and for MY convenience, i went to BRU bc its WAY closer to me than BBB.
I personally wanst a fan of the layout of BBB either although the staff there is incredible.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I registered at both since BBB had alot of different stuff. For instance, my bedding, stroller, baby carrier, mattress and baby monitor were only at BBB. I really did not notice a difference in price between the two stores.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did. but really the only thing that I have on there is the crib set (Peyton) and a duatalier glider. the stroller we liked BRU had for $40 less so i put it on the BRU registry..along with most other items.
I have some other Items on the BBB registry, but looking back, I think BRU would have did just fine.
BBB is a nicer store, with better customer service though; however they are pricier on most items.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did both, as well as Target for convenience for people out of the area coming to my shower. (Plus it's always awesome getting gift cards for there that you can use on formula!!!).
The cool thing besides the customer service at BBB is they take the 20% off coupons from Bed, Bath & Beyond. I got my SIL's breast pump there on sale, plus the coupon----I think I saved around $100.00.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I plan on doing it. BBB is more convenient for my side of the family and BRU is more convenient for where I live. There are things I like (patterns) that are at one store and not at the other as well.
I know there are some price differences but, I like at BBB you can use their coupons and the unexpired Bed Bath and Beyond coupons. I also like how the store is set up better.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
Only did BBB. Just heard nightmare stories from friends about BRU. Plus I liked the layout of BBB. Thought it was easier to find things & the staff is wonderful!!

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did both....I prefer BBB, but we have a lot of family out of town, so I did some at BRU to accomodate them. I found the prices to be comparable (some stuff was cheaper at BBB and vice versa), but I think BBB has a better variety and higher quality on some items.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did. BRU to me is a necessary evil. They have more locations but their staff is less knowledgeable and the return policy sucks. I found the BBB staff to be nicer, trained in their specific areas and the store is much more organized and clean.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did both. I only have 15 items on my BRU registry, and that was in case out of town folk wanted to send something.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did. The prices seemed mostly the same and though neither is very convienent for us, BRU is probably more convenient to most people. But there were some things - patterns mostly - that they had at BBB we liked better. We don't have a lot there - most of the stuff is at BRU. We also have a VERY SMALL registry at Target b/c the bedding we liked was there - and the crib and glider. I'm not even sure if most people will know about it.

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I went with both - there are some patterns (our carseat and pack n play) that only BBB carried.
There were also a few little "extras" that BBB had that BRU didn't.
BRU is much more convenient for almost everyone coming to my shower, so the bulk of my stuff is there..

Re: Anyone register and BBB and BRU?
I did BRU and a very small(11 items) one at BBB. At BBB I put the infant seat, high chair, stroller and bedding...they did not have the patterns I wanted at BRU and all of these items were claimed by family members and a close friend so I didn't even put that I registered at BBB in my invites, only BRU.

same here.
except I probably have more @BBB, even though I tried to keep it even. I liked some of their stuff better.
I think BRU is more convenient for most people, I'll be interested to see which registry gets more hits.
