I had an easy pregnancy and had a girl. It was mentioned to me that a woman will typically follow the type of pregnancy their mother had. This held true for me. I was exhausted and had certain aversions to food for a little bit, but that went away, just had it did for my mom.

I had a relatively easy pregnancy symptom wise and I had a girl. Everyone swore I was having a boy because my face "didn't change". Boy were they wrong. Lol

I had the most miserable pregnancies! My highest weight was 135 lbs. I was so so sick I had 2 boys, and my second pregnancy was a little bit worse.
My sister mom and aunt had great pregnancies, I'm not sure why I was such a mess lol

I had an easy pregnancy minus LOTS of heartburn and had a boy. (He was born with a full head of hair, but I know the hair had NOTHING to do with heartburn.) It's all stupid wives tales.

I have two  and had terrible night time nausea and heart burn all day with DS#1 for 16 weeks and DS#2 also had the all day nausea for 14 wks.

I had a boy and a girl at the same time so I couldn't help you! I wasn't sick but I had a lot of complications (pre-e, cholestasis and extremely short cervix)

I think every pregnancy is different. I was sicker with my girl than my boy (which I believe the attribute to the higher level of estrogen when you have a girl?) but even then not that sick.
However my friends were all a lot sicker than me & had boys.

Nah, my preg with DD was SOOO easy. I'm preg with a DS and its just as easy except I have a toddler.

I had an amazing pregnancy and had a girl. My mother and sister each had two girls and were deadly ill with both pregnancies so I was sure I was having a boy till our anatomy scan. I even carried like I was having a boy so I don't put much trust in old-wives tales.

I had a super easy pregnancy.. no morning sickness, no bloating, aches, pains, late weight gain.. it was a BREEZE. no heart burn, reflux, food aversions, nothing.
Heck half the time I forgot I was pregnant.
As you can see... i had a girl
