COMPLETELY inappropriate - there are several people in my office who do that! We find nail clippings in the team room on the floor One of them actually clips her toe nails at her cube!
Thank god I have an office now so I can close the door when they start becuase it totally TOTALLY grosses me out!!

Yes.. there is a GUY i work with that clips his nails NON STOP. I am not joking. We are talking several times a day. I finally said something to him one day in a joking manner and he told me that he is OCD about his nails and can't help it lol. Um its disgusting.. I mean if you really can't help it then go in the bathroom at least.
I never understood people who groom themselves at their desk at work - save it for home.
There is another guy I work with that will very often lay on the floor at work and stretch. No joke.. he will stretch out his back and just lay there. I work with some weird people I think

Just curious, these aren't your direct reports, are they? As a manager, I would absolutely say something.

Public nail clipping is one of my top pet peeves. It just skeeves me out to no end. I don't even want to hear the clipper if I am in the vicinity.
