1 hr with cute trainer. I'll pretend he looks like Ryan Phillippe. He doesn't but whatever he's cute. Except when he makes me run up and down a flight of stairs 30 times in one hour.
After that, I rushed to dance class, then had rehearsal. That was over two hours. My poor feet.

I never remember to post on here: Sunday - pullups, turkish get ups, rows, hiked costa rica trails for 3 hours
Monday - swing combo: 30 seconds of swings, rest 30 seconds. Then 30 seconds of swings and 30 seconds of goblet squats, rest 30 seconds. Then 30 seconds of swings and 30 seconds of goblet squats and 30 seconds of pushups, rest 30 seconds. Then 30 seconds of swings and 30 seconds of goblet squats and 30 seconds of pushups and 30 seconds of cleans, rest 30 seconds then go backwards decreasing the exercises. Jogged on the beach for an hour
Tuesday - dips, curls, pullups, figure 8 to hold. Hiked a few hours
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday i had food poisoning and was very, very sick, the "ecoli diet" my DH called it - I lost 5 pounds. I look like $hit.
