1/4 I did day two of EA Active 30 Day Challenge and I made my own workout on there and exercised for an extra 15 minutes after the challenge.

Day 3 - totally cheated on my "rest" day and did crunches, push ups, squats....attempted planks and did a 1/2 hour pilates DVD.

I've been so bad!! Since my half marathon in August- I've barely worked out or even ran.
But I am back on track now. Unfortunately its too damn cold to run outside, so I am back to the gym. I haven't belonged to an gym in ages, but my new building has a gym. Problem is, I HATE running on the treadmill. Its awful. And if I get a machine in the middle, I get a headache from 3 screens flashing at me. I'm doing small doses of running, hoping to build up my tolerance to the treadmill.
So, 1/3: 10 minutes yoga 10 minutes running (1 mile) 10 minutes weights 10 minutes running 10 minutes weights 10 minutes pilates
January 4: 10 minutes yoga 20 minutes bicycle
January 6: 10 minutes yoga 10 minutes running (1 miles) 10 minutes weights 10 minutes running 10 minutes weights 10 minutes pilates

Tonight: 1 hr with the new trainer. Who is seriously kicking my azzz, I have never been so challenged.
