Thursday 2/11

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: salad with Perdue short cuts chicken

Mid-day snack / second lunch: protein shake

Dinner: horrible - Chinese take out: chicken and broccoli with brown rice & shrimp roll.


Snack drinks: green tea decaf with half & half & 3 sugars, cinnamon & Apple tea decaf

Water: 88oz

But I did make it to kickboxing for 45 minutes:

tomorrows a new day! I totally fell off the wagon today also. Pasta, chocolate covered pretzels....Anxious to reset tomorrow.

Ive been on WW for 4 weeks, down exactly
8lbs.

Have 25lbs to lose, so 17 to go.

Not working out yet, but plan to start PiYo this week.

Have been in a total slump over the last two weeks.
Stopped exercising and ate way too much bread. So of course i gained 1 lb. (but still under my first short-term goal so not too upset about it)

BUT

DH decided to become a vegan for Lent. (he's already lost 6 lbs in 6 days) I know I can't do that, but will be eating a lot more veggies since i'm the one who makes our dinners and need to accommodate him. so here's hoping the scale moves.

we'll also be getting back to our daily strength workouts. February is wall-sits and planks.

have 15lbs to lose in 8 weeks to reach my 2nd short-term goal.


anyone have some good vegan breakfast recipes that I can make ahead? (i don't like milk-almond or otherwise- so would prefer something where there is no milk taste)

keep up the good work everyone!

My scale broke.

I went crazy eating wise on vday weekend.

Having health issues in my family and am so anxious and upset im still binge eating and have no energy to exercise

skipped exercising like 2 days in a row now.

my dd hasnt been sleeping, like at all, and i have been running on such little sleep.

i'm an emotional binge eater too! i did that last weekend and was so very worried. i only gained 1 lb.
i know that even though i was binge eating, i was trying to be healthier about it. i think those easy substitutions worked:
pretzels instead of chips
rice cakes instead of bread/carbs
sweet fruits instead of actual sweets

hang in there. it will all even out and you will see progress. Chat Icon

I think weighting in every week is too stressful, if you are losing wt you cloth will tell you.

Everyone seems to be doing a GREAT job, keep going wt lose team.

I completely agree! a bad weigh is enough to sabatage me. If I am not confident, I skip. Helps me to keep focused on eating healthy rather than throwing in the towel and thinking to myself whats the point!

Everyone has their own way of staying on track. Some only measure, some weigh weekly, some weigh Daily! There is no right or wrong. You have to do what works for you to stay healthy :)

I went from daily weighing (wasn't good for me mentally) to weekly and it's helping me see what I'm doing right or wrong that week. If I changed my diet up and the scale hardly moves - it's not the right food for me. If it goes down, the food gets added to my menus. So far so good

If I find something new that's filling and low cal, I share it. I track my meals in MFP

my scale broke, fixed it but it's def measuring me a pound or two lighter than it should be. but whatever, it makes me feel good regardless if it is wrong Chat Icon Chat Icon

still trying to eat good and exercise a lot before my OVER TWO WEEK "vacation" (visit to family) where i know i will come home to have a big recovery period.

have a wedding in may i really want to be a certain weight for... hoping i dont sabotage myself too bad. trying to stay focused.

2016 Weight Loss Challenge

I started WW again this past Monday. I've been doing good so far. Really hope I see results come weigh in day. I really want to finally comitt to losing the baby weight!!!

Breakfast - 1 egg + 2 egg whites with peppers and onions (2 pts)

Lunch: 6 shrimp (4oz) (2pts) sauteed with lots of cherry tomatoes, lots of baby zucchini, garlic and 2 tables of white beans (1pts) evoo (1pts)

Dinner: turkey burger from TJs (frozen section (4pts)) wrapped in lettuce with a slice of cheddar (2pts)

Dessert: 1/4 of a Friendly's ice cream sandwich for dessert (2 pts) Was craving a sweet...

Snacks: trader Joes raison Rosemary crackers 13 (4pts)
Apple
Coffee with splash of non fat milk x 2

Did 20 minutes on my total gym (strength training)

I'm starting to see just how much protein really fills you up.
Need to drink more water. For some reason thats always a struggle for me.

Stayed the same this week. But glad I didn't gain bc last weekend - especially the chocolate ... Woah did I eat! Lol

I also think I stayed the same mainly bc I went out to eat last night and whatever I ate kept me up all night. I got a dinner and a colonic for one great price! I was sure I would be up on the scale and may have been if it wasn't for last nights events
