Oops, a shamrock shake accidentally spilled in my mouth yesterday. No idea how it happened.....one minute I was on WW and the next, I was like Sh!t, there is a McDs Shamrock Shake in my mouth, no idea how it couldve gotten there.

It was good though.

Monday:

Breakfast - one egg omelette with Monterey Jack cheese, chai tea latter with vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup of OJ

Lunch: turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta (SlimToGo)

Dinner: BBQ chicken with roasted veggies (SlimToGo)

Water - 56oz

Snack: kind grains - salted caramel

Exercise: 45 minutes of Chinese kickboxing

OK, birthday week is officially over. Back on track today. I didn't get to food shop this weekend, so I am just kind of throwing things together to eat that stay within my points.

Bkfast - granola bar

Lunch - apple with PB, Cheese Stick, Grapes and yogurt

Dinner - TBD - probably grilled chicken wraps in Flat outs with turkey bacon and low fat ranch dressing and side of zucchini fritters.

Breakfast: apple slices w. Peanut butter, berry blend juice from trader joes

Lunch: pineapple brown rice with lemon chicken

Dinner: BBQ chicken with veggies

Snack: banana, blueberry pomegranate Kind Bar

Water: 72oz

Exercising: 45 min Chinese kickboxing

Breakfast: protein shake with Almond Milk, vanilla chamomile tea

Lunch: stuffed pepper with turkey ground meat and lamb, salad and light dressing

Dinner: grilled chicken with zucchini & sweet potato

Snack: unsweetened grande green tea latte (skim milk)

Water: 80oz


45 minutes of kickboxing.

Breakfast - 1.5 eggs scrambled, half a slice of bacon and 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar on 1/2 flat out and strawberries

Lunch - Margherita Pizza on Flat out (RF Mozz/Tomato/Basil). Blueberries. Sliced Cucumbers with 1 wedge of Laughing Cow

Dinner: TBD

STILL HAVENT STARTED EXERCISING. I just don't feel like it once I am home.

I bring my workout clothes to work and get changed there so I feel forced to work out.

im still up 6 pounds!! i cant seem to get it off. i hate that we can gain 1 lb easily in one day but it takes me about 3 to 4 weeks to take that same pound off. very unfair lol.

today i have eaten
-chobani yogurt with raspberries mixed in
-peanut butter and jelly on a sandwich thin
-some cherry tomatoes

craving everything bad!

Thank you! I havent lost any more weight but I'm going to keep on moving. Although yesterday I cheated because my company had an outing at Dave & Busters. And today for lunch they will have build your own burrito bar Chat Icon

Thursday:

No exercise and drank.. Work event at Dave & Busters

Breakfast: feta & spinach egg white, roasted tomatoes, banana

Lunch: mixed bean salad with zucchini & grilled chicken

Dinner: grilled chicken with tomato wrap and chipotle sauce, snacked on a few nachos at D&B but not too much cause i ate dinner before I went there.

Drink: 4 vodka seltzers with lime juice

Water: 80oz

Hoping to go to gym for at least 30 minute cardio after work!

I'm still around.

Not much to report. No loss or gain.

What's keeping me motivated isn't the scale right now. It's the fact that I feel better making healthier choices. After a night out eating heavy & not so healthy meals, I feel like total crap! So even though the scale stopped moving for now - it's ok. Because I feel really good !

Let's keep making better choices. Our bodies are thanking us Chat Icon

Over the weekend I cheated and ate pancakes and pizza. However, I did workout Saturday and Sunday.

Monday I didn't work out but I did prep lunches for Tuesday-Thursday. Yesterday I went to kickboxing for 45 minutes.

Took the 9:15 all in one step class at LR this morning.

Man it really kicks my ass. Constantly moving. But I kept up pretty well. I found my asthma held me back more than my physical condition. With small 30 second breathers here and there, I got a crazy intense workout.

Gonna make it a point to do it again next Wednesday. Switching it up makes working out a lot more fun

45 minute of Chinese kickboxing.. Day 3 this week of exercising. Meals doing shake for breakfast and dinner. For lunch I had lemon chicken with balsamic asparagus and roasted veggies.


Drank 80oz of water, cheated and snacked on pretzels and had some Hershey kisses, green tea latte this morning from Starbucks.

Did you take your inhaler before you worked out? I have to take my inhaler before kickboxing to open my lungs or else I'm a mess. In the summer and once I build my stamina I don't have to take it before class.

Got the new fitbit alta this weekend, Ive hit my goal on 10K steps/day 3 times this week and earned a ton of Fit Points in WW (which I haven't used). We will see in the morning if all the extra activity paid off.

Today I took a dance class at LR (it's Zumba style w other dance) and then worked my arms and chest after.

Then I decided to come home and scrub the floors in the first floor. On my hands and knees. For over 2 hours.


My body is broken Hahahaha


I am planning on taking the shred class tmrw. Hoping I'm not in complete agony tmrw morning.
