That I'm not pregnant yet. 
But also, the lack of control. I'm a very healthy person, I eat right, I'm at a healthy weight, I exercise, I don't smoke...and yet, my body has not YET been able to do the most natural thing in the world.

Everything!! especially all the $$ i spend on OPK and HPT and then not to get the BFP and do it all over again! Oh and everyone not knowing were ttc and going "when are you gonna have a baby"

Not being able to control it. Normally in life when I want something I make sure I get it. I research, make a plan and then do what I have to do to reach my goal. With TTC you can research all you want and have the best plan and it doesn't really matter. This drives me nuts!

This is like asking me what my favorite food is, REALLY hard to name just one. Buttt if i had to narrow it down, it would be the control factor. I HATE the fact that you can do everything in your power, pay for the BEST doctors so they can do everything in THEIR power, etc etc and in the end, there isn't much control you have

a few things i can't pick just one -
#1 first and foremost is that i don't O on my own.. it's very very frustrating to have been TTC for 10 months - and only O on my own once, and with meds twice (but one of which doesn't count cause i hyperstimmed and had like 10 eggs)... so i have only had 2 chances in 10 months to actually conceive...
#2 having a chemical last cycle... i dont know how to feel about it - technically im happy that sperm met egg, but sad that it didn't fully implant. really annoyed that it happened to begin with and couldnt just be a normal BFP.
#3 watching people get pregnant and have their babies while i sit here barren with eggs that don't want to come out...which leads directly to #4 suddenly becoming jealous and unhappy at the thought of anyone besides me getting pregnant and having babies...
#5 waiting for O which never happens - waiting to test which i never get to - waiting for my next RE appointment - waiting for the meds to work - waiting for the follies to grow - waiting for the trigger to release the eggs - waiting for AF - waiting for AF to be over... sooo much waiting!!

I'm with ya on #4. I have never been a jealous person at all, I'm always the one reminding friends and family that there is always someone better off and someone worse off than you are. But this whole TTC thing has turned me into a GREEN EYED MONSTER. I try so hard to not let it get the best of me but it's hard. Especially when I hear people say "we weren't even trying" or "it happened the first time we tried".
