First of all, your baby is not fat!!!
My DD has been 95th percentile for height and weight since I can remember. She is 6 yo. She is still 95th. She was the same size as your DD at that age. Every time I would take her to my doc, I got nothing but compliments on how she was growing. I even just recently had a conversation with her about it and she said as long is she is proportionate, she's in great shape.
I would love to recommend her to you, but I live out east.
Do not let that doc get you down. You are doing great!!

They are sooo cute! Thanks for sharing! the problem is I am not nursing throughout the day I work FT so I have to count ounces to sustain her while Im at work. I have been dropping in the amount I pump all day so thats why I am worried. I will look for the milk plus though. Thanks.
I am a pumper. DD wouldn't and still won't latch. I have a pretty low supply and have to give her formula 1-3 times a day. I've done so much research on supplements to boost my supply. I have More Milk Plus which I got on Amazon. I have the pill form so while it doesn't taste too bad going down, the burps are not so pleasant lol. I also take Fenugreek supplements, drink Milkmaid tea, eat oatmeal made with Steel Cut Oats, etc. There are quite a few things that you can do to boost supply!
Also try to add a power pump session during the day. Pump for 20 mins, rest for 10, pump for 10, rest for 10, and then pump for another 10. From what I've read it works.
Good luck! And your ped sounds like an ass.
Thanks. I will try the Milk Plus and power pump. Up until last week I was pumping 4-6oz at session now its 2-3. No bueno!
I'm jealous! If I can get 2oz total per pumping session, i'm happy!

Re: Pedaitrician rant! Sorry its so long!
I dont think you read my orginal post. I am not saying he told me to stop. I asked him a question and got a snarky comment about her weight and he and his nurse had a chuckle about it. Thats why Im upset. I know my daughter is a bigger baby and thats not my issue. My issue is with the PED making unsolicited comments about her size when I ask him unrelated question like what formula is best to feed that doesn't have things like high fructose corn syrup.
I did - you said you don't want her gaining unnecessary weight, and he said she has and then laughed. If my ped said this to me I would have laughed with her. I am not saying your baby is overweight, but my take is that he was saying she is on the bigger side, which in the 90th percentile, she is. Of course he should have then answered your question about which formula he recommends, but I just don't see that this is a big deal at all.
