WOW! So nobody prepared me for what just happened!
I started spotting and cramping Thursday night and into Friday. The cramping has been pretty consistent and steady. This morning I started bleeding like I got AF.
About an hour ago my cramps started getting pretty bad and literally within 10 min I was in agony. I couldn't stand upright and I felt like I was going to puke. Then I started feeling a ton of pressure "down there" and I felt the overwhelming urge to push. I swear it felt like I was in labor. I ran home from the store, sat down on the toilet and literally pushed and (sorry for the TMI) passed the sac and embryo. I've heard people say they knew when they passed the "baby" but I had no idea what that meant until now. I literally felt like I gave birth. SO weird. Instantly the pressure went away, the pain, the cramping.........everything. I feel SO much better.
So..........I hope that the worst of the miscarriage is behind me now and the rest is no worse than AF is. It was a little sad seeing what I saw in the toilet and having to flush it away but then I felt relief that this will finally all be over. I was really not prepared for what just happened...........what a crazy feeling!!! Now I am really ready to move on.

AWW Hun you described exactly what I felt like when I miscarried. It ws devastating having to push it out and the pain was unbearable, I was on the verge of calling 911 bc I was home alone and almost passed out.
The worst is definitely over, you are in my prayers Sending hugs your way

I am inspired by your post because you have such a positive outlook so soon after a difficult experience. you have the right attitude! there is nothing you can do to change passed events...but the future is a blank slate.

I'm sorry, that is def terrible to experience. I had that same situation happen last preganncy , It was traumatic but that does mean the worst is over! Hopefully you will start to heal and get AF.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that, and It's sad for me to say that I know how you feel...I felt the same feeling when I took the meds when I miscarried.
I am happy that you sound positive, but please take time to heal if you must...and the girls on the miscarriage board are wonderful if you ever want to talk....
