What's YOUR Favorite Style of Home?
I LOVE tudors most, then victorians, but am just curious as to what you guys prefer...
Here are pictures:
1st = tudor
2nd = colonial
3rd = victorian
4th = bungalow

I LOVE the look of a Victorian home. I don't know if I'd ever be able to keep it up (they look so big), but it's my dream home.

I have a 100 year old Victorian. The ceilings are high. I have the original floors (Redone) and Staircase. I have an old fashioned foyer with a chandelier, Fireplace and great room. Love it.

I grew up in a mock tudor, so I am partial, but I live near a real tudor house here, it was built in something like 1253 (thats pretty bloody old) it has a ghost and everything!!!
Not being pedantic, but the tudor houses we know in the states are really called Mock Tudor

There are so many that I like:
French Chateau
Georgian and Federal Colonials
Adirondack
I'm not a fan of Post Modern Colonials or Victorians.

I always thought it was Victorian for me but we are about to move into a center hall colonial and I love it more every day so now I'm not sure!
I grew up in a tudor and I'm not too crazy about that style.

I like the look of a Victorian from the OUTSIDE... but true Victorians have so many little rooms that it is irritating to me.
I do like the post Modern Victorians that have the look of the Victorian from the outside.. but with the wide open modern space inside.
If I were to build a house from scratch it would probably be a custom Craftsman.
