Post your favorite at home workouts/exercises
I am SO ANTI gym, so I need a routine that I can get into at home- any suggestions?

I have one- the mile one- I did it once just before the wedding and thought it was great- I am going to keep doing it now that we are back from our honeymoon!

I have a treadmill at home, so I'll watch TV (my favorite shows to watch are Oprah and Alias and Lost) when I run for an hour.
It makes the time go bye quicker.

I use free weights, DVDs (TaeBo, etc) and I have one of those flexi bands. As far as a routine - I do all of the arm and leg exercises that I've done in any of the aerobics classes I've ever taken.
