So this is the end of my first full month on Vitex and I've noticed in the past few days I have a lot of creamy CM. I don't usually have any CM at all so I was wondering if this is the Vitex or if it could be a sign of a BFP soon.

I also had weird pressure cramps yesterday (6DPO) and my cervix seems pretty closed and higher than it was right after I ovulated. I had a temp spike yesterday also but then it dipped a little today.

Anyone with a similar experience or any thoughts?
