Vitex Users
Ok, really confused. I am trying to figure out how much vitex to take. Did some research and the dosages are all over the place. I bought Vitex from GMC and the dosage per pill is 500mg. For Vitex users how much do you take?

I take the GNC brand, one per day, 500mg per tablet.

It's an herb that helps regulate women's hormones. I used it before I had a m/c and got pg on it first time. It shortened my cycle from 41 days to about 35 and I got my bfp. This is my first month back on it - don't think I'm pg, but will continue to use it.
