Those who used Vitex to get pregnant....
How much did you take. Lots of research out there and they vary a lot with regards to dosage. Also how long did you take it and did you take it all month or from AF to O.

I took it and got preggo. I took one pill a day from AF to O. You are supposed to stop once you O. I bought it at GNC and it said to take one per day. I definatly think it is the reason I go pregnant.

I took 2 pills. I can't remember the dosage off the top of my head (want to say 400mg- you can take up to 1000mg). Even though it says to stop while pregnant, the research shows that it prevents miscarriages (or atleast helps). I took it until week 5 of being pregnant and know several other woman who have taken it the entire first trimester.
The third month of taking it I got pregnant. Had also used preseed that month too.
