Woohoo! So happy for you (sorry your not feeling well).....
I had horrible congestion (and tons of bloody noses) along with terrible nausea in the beginning..... Other than the occasional carb coma there wasn't much that helped with m/s but keeping my head elevated (on 3 pillows) and using a humidifier helped with the congestion. Hang in there- it will get better!

The seabands are making a HUGE difference for the morning sickness... But if I take them off for any extended period I get slammed, so I try to limit my breaks.
For the congestion, I'm just gonna deal with it. If I need to take off from work early, so be it!

Don't take them off!! Lolol. Or you have to? Add some ginger ale for sickness. Or pedialite.

I don't think you need to take them off - they just get annoying. I've just been drinking water, but pedialite is a good idea, since especially with this darn allergic sinusitis I want absolutely no food... except of course the sour cream and onion chips DH bought last night.
I really think this is from all the dust in the house from the construction in the kitchen.

I use to alternate the sea bands from one wrist to the other so I always had one on except when showering. I also found gin gin ginger candies really helped.
