Somehow ate cheese fries last night and am down .4 
They were my post race reward though - I've been avoiding them like the plague for 3 months now - I figured cheese fries once every 3 months is fine ;)
Total loss: 14.4!

I've been waffling again, but I've lost some more. . making my total now 11 lbs since January.
Work has been busy lately so I haven't had much time to work out at all. I'm happy I lost something this week!

I'm doing Sparkpeople because I just felt so burnt out on WW. I lost 5lbs this week. I'm trying so hard to just take it a day at time. The task of losing weight is so daunting.
