I'm disappointed in myself i gained .2, I know it's not a big gain, But it's still a gain.
You had a few weeks of big losses, your body is just adjusting.  Next week will be a great WI!

I did it! -2.6 this week for a total of -76.6! I reached my 75 pound milestone and got my 75 pound keychain and another 5 pound star to put on my bookmark. So so so so excited!

To you comment about the stick of butter...one of my uncles always uses that analogy too...so funny.

I haven't posted in a while, but I weighed myself today and I lost all 7 lbs of my holiday weight! Finally!
Now I have 20 lbs to go for my goal weight.

Thank you everyone so much! So many have inspired me on here (Steph, Crystal, Azad to name a few) so for someone to say I am inspiring really makes me happy. I have just taken it 5 pounds at a time and day by day. The end of next month will mark 2 years that I am following the WW program. So as you can see it has been a long process. But I wouldn't change a thing. I eat so healthy now and have truly adapted a healthy lifestyle that I plan to continue with for life. So my advice for anyone following WW is to just keep going. Whether you had a good week or a bad one get to a meeting and listen to the tips and what other members have to say. I think that has been the most important thing for me is I committed to going to meetings and I am WW for life. 
76 down a lot more to go.

Congrats on hitting 75!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? Of COURSE you are an inspiration!!! You have been working your butt off (literally ) to lose those 76 lbs off and you have changed tremendously both inside and out. It's almost been 2 years since we walked in those doors at ww and I just wish everyone that did ww would commit to it as you have because you are proof that it really does work

.2 gain this week. Not too upset though since I lost 4.8 last week. I'll say it's an average of 2.3 a week

I'm soooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!! I've been trying to lose the last of my pregnancy weight 22lbs (had gained 50lbs ) and so far I've lost 8lbs and I'm almost out of the first "decade" of weight loss lolol I'm officially 170 and my next hurdle is getting out of the 160s!!!!!!!! 1.5lb loss this wk and all my losses have been small but I haven't gained and even the small losses are keeping me motivated...on to next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's to big losses next week for all

Awesome! One of my WW buddies has had small losses each week, .4 or .6, etc and last week she hit -50! Just keep going and it adds up.

i don't know what happened this week..but I gained .4 so my total weight loss is now 10. Still can't figure it out but I'm not that discouraged by .4
But hubby lost 5.4 so he's up to 17lbs.
