I'm not on ww per se, but I put myself on 1400 calorie diet. I lost 4.5 lbs this week (though I bet some of it was water weight). I'm so excited though! Only 2.5 more lbs until I lose my hoiday weight. Then I'm actually going to try to lose the last 20 lbs for my goal weight!

Kim, what an INCREDIBLE accomplishment! I can't wait to see pics of you!!
I was upset at my first weigh in on Sat. I didn't lose or gain anything. I stayed the same. I have no idea what happened. I tracked everything, stuck to my points, worked out and didn't lose. My only thought is that at times, I may not have eaten all of my points. I have a lot since I am nursing.
I am weighing in again on Sat. morning. I hope to see a loss, no matter how small.

I stayed the same my first week as well, and then dropped 3 pounds at my second weigh in. Sometimes it just takes an extra week to show!

today was my third weigh-in...down 3.8 for a total of 10.4. Dh is down 11.6

You girls are amazing!! Congrats!
I just signed up for the monthly meetings online and will be going to my first meeting tonight. I did WW about 10 yrs ago and lost 20lbs then. After 2 kids I have gained those 20 back plus another 10 so I'm hoping I can lose it all again with WW.

My next thing I need to start is excersizing. I am going to start next week......
