WOW what great weigh ins this week. My meeting is at 11:30am and I am hungry now....but I will not eat before I weigh in. 
I think I lost weight this week. I have stuck to the plan. So far in 2 weeks I am down 5.8LBS.
This time I am in it for the long haul

Somehow ate cheese fries last night and am down .4 
They were my post race reward though - I've been avoiding them like the plague for 3 months now - I figured cheese fries once every 3 months is fine ;)
Total loss: 14.4!
