I am going back on WW. I went on after I had the baby and lost most of the weight. I want to be totally back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I just started and will be trying to lose 15 lbs, but will be happy if I lost 10.
I will do my first weigh in Sunday! Oh boy! I haven't weighed myself in a while. This is not gonna be fun!

Hi girls, haven't been on in a while.
After loosing 50 lbs last year on WW I dropped out. Well, I'm back. I have to do something and with turning 30 next month, I know I have to do it now.
I've lost only 6 lbs in the past two weeks, but I'm starting to focus on it. It's just so hard and I'm sure you know. I don't want to be a fat mommy anymore.
I have at least 30 more to go. I've been coming home from work at lunch time and going on the elliptical for 20 minutes just to get some kind of workout in.
Please help me stay motivated!!! You are all doing so amazing.

Welcome to all the new members! You will do great just stayed focused and keep going. That is the most important thing. Even if you have a bad week go and weigh in. It helps me to "face the music" and then I can move on and its a fresh week.
Like today I gained (the half pitcher of Sangria I shared with DH last night did not help matters  ) and I just look at it as a fresh week and next week will be better. It is no longer all or nothing for me. It is lifetime!
