Im totally confused
ok so i got what i thought was AF
still TOTALLY nauseous and my temperature is still above the cover line
i dont think it would be implantation bleeding and crampy this late

you know, I'm there too. Not nauseous but AF is not really here but sort of..
My blood came back negative though...so I'm pretty sure I'm out.

i'll post it now, yes i tested - BFN
but my friend that is a nurse told me:
1. if temp is above coverline, cannot be AF
2. would not be BFP if just implanting now

Temps don't mean a thing....my don't drop until like the 4th day of AF (when it is finishing)...doctors dont go by them either.....
Also implantation bleeding is not like an AF....it should only last for a day or 2 and be very very light (more like spotting than bleeding)....
I would wait another few days and see what happens....

its just never happened like that before
temp has always dropped before any bleeding
well, its been less than 24 hours of spotting so i can wait until tomorrow
otherwise i'll assume it is AF

thanks, that makes me feel better but did you have the spotting at the same time AF was due??
i tested last night and it was negative

Are you still feeling nauseous?
I'd like to start a fresh cycle or get a BFP... I still have no clue what's going on!!!!

Mrs. Greek. What do you mean temps do not mean a thing? Do you mean they don't show when you have your period? Otherwise I would have to disagree as my doctor does go by charts, as that is what he told me will show him what is occurring with my cycle, as in when I ovulate and how long my LP is.

the temps tell when "O" occurred and other various signs
implantation dips, AF, triphasal chart, etc

What I meant to say is that high temps at the time of your AF (when you are actually spotting/bleeding)(see #1) are no indications of a BFP (symptom of pregnancy).....when it comes to O yes, you are correct (that is when they matter)....many women have elevated/high temps (me including) at the time of AF (mine don't drop until it is almost over), they don't drop when AF comes....it all depends on your progestorone/estrogen levels (this is what my RE told me when I asked him about my high temps at the time AF comes).....
so what I meant to say is that elevated temps at the time of AF are no symptoms of pregnancy and that is why many doctors ignore them and only rely on blood tests to confirm a pregnancy.....

thanks, that makes me feel better but did you have the spotting at the same time AF was due??
i tested last night and it was negative
sorry i should have been clearer - i spotted for two days before AF arrived, meaning the two days immediately prior.
i didnt spot at all when i got my BFP, but i had tons of cramping during implantation.
