I'd fix my nose.
It's nothing noticable to anyone really, but it bothers me.
I broke my nose in a car accident when I was 19 (I was an idiot and wasn't wearing a seatbelt, I was banged up pretty bad; multiple contusions, concusion, black eyes and luckily the worst was the broken nose).
But anyway, my nose never healed properly and when I hit my face on the steering wheel it shifted the cartlidge and now it sticks out on one side.
...and I guess lipo wouldn't hurt

Boobs first- mine are an ok size, just far below where they should be- and 1 is bigger than the other, so ill take a nice perky round c.
then id move onto my back fat and lower abdominal area.
and finish by refining the tip of my nose.

lipo on my hips, thighs, and back of the upper arms.
IF my tummy gets destroyed by childbearing...a tummy tuck. same with my boobs.
I wish I could just arrange my fat the way I wanted to on my body. that would be the most ideal

NO
all surgery has risks, and I frankly don't think vanity is worth those kinds of risks.... even though I could stand to repair some damage I had from an illness, I won't... I could end-up feeling and looking even worse
