Re: if you could have plastic surgery,
I am going to get a breastlift after having all of my children. Breastfeeding does horrible things to the boobs.

NO
all surgery has risks, and I frankly don't think vanity is worth those kinds of risks.... even though I could stand to repair some damage I had from an illness, I won't... I could end-up feeling and looking even worse
I can't believe so few people said no! I'm not perfect and neither is my body, but I can't imagine choosing to have surgery, just to make myself "prettier."

I think this thread is more of a "what if" thread, and many of the people who posted would not actually get plastic surgery.
I would not actually get plastic surgery except for health reasons.
For the purposes of this thread, I would get major lipo! And a breast reduction (which I might ACTUALLY do someday since I have neck/back problems and it's a strain carrying these tatas around)

Re: if you could have plastic surgery,
None
I'm happy with my body just the way it is!! Sure I have "bad days" but nothing that I'd go under the knife for.

i can't speak for everyone but for a lot of people it is about A LOT more than just making themselves "prettier"... the feelings can go a lot deeper than that and are a lot more emotionally involved than that. the feelings of inadequacy and the emotional torment some people go through b/c of how they feel about themselves - sometimes over one specific thing - can really effect a person. it is just hard to judge or question unless you have personally been in a situation like that - and more than just "well i'm not perfect either and i don't LOVE my body" - it goes a lot deeper than that for some people.
