Oh lordy what wouldnt I have!!!!
For starters Id have a tummy tuck..honestly after 6 kids (4 pregnancies) my tummy isnt half bad but I want a truly FLAT tummy!!!
Then I'd go lipo and get rid of this darn back fat that just never goes away not matter how thin I am...
Next I'd maybe lift the boobs a bit...they're OK but I'd like them to be magnificant!!!

i dont believe in plastic surgery.
BUT if someone held a gun to my head and said you have plastic surgery or i'll kill you ...i'd have lipo and breast implants.

Slight nose job! Body things can usually (not always) but usually be changed through diet and exercise. Noses can't. Not that I have a bad one, but I don't love my profile.

Implants post kids. Just to a C cup; I'm not greedy. My tummy could use a little tucking and my behind could be lifted, but I'm ok w/ that. All I've ever wanted out of life is to be a C cup.
It'll never happen though.

Did already... refilled the sisters up. I figured everything else I got back from exercise and eating right but the loss of breast tissue couldn't be repaired by me.

tummy tuck, for sure. Even back when I had very little body fat, what I did have was all in my tummy. Then at one point, I got too thin and still had a bit of a belly. Now, too thin is far from my issue. Maybe I'd lift my boobs but I've never really minded not having big ones.

Breast LIFT.. don't need any augmentation - but I would like to pull those puppies back into place.
ETA: I might also consider making my nose a little longer and more tapered.

-The one where they suck the fat- I'm drawing a blank- on my hips and the backs of my thighs
-Fix my slightly crooked nose.
Just went back and read other responses- I meant lipo- not sucking the fat
