If a person tells you to "just relax..."
If someone tells you to "just relax" in reference to TTC, is it okay to slap them into the next county?
It is, right?  Just checking!

im like, you have NO clue what me and DH have going on in our lives. They don't know if we have been trying for 3 days or 3 years, or the problems that we having. People are such a holes.

Ohhhhhhhh if I could get a dime for all the times in the last YEAR I heard this advice!! 
To one person in particular, I want to tell her maybe relaxing will slow down her menopause  just to show her how ridiculous she sounds!

I love it...i posted about this too recently..this drives me crazy....
hey bobfan24 who said it to u??? I find all my friends who never ttc but have kids all say this to me...so they got preggers with all their kids by "accident" so they do not what this like...but what do i say...well ur kids were all accidents so leave me alone..then i'd b the B*tch right?
Just brush them off..it is USELESS advice..ttc requires a bit of planning..we all wish it could just be organic but life does not just always work like that

I got this all the time.
And now that people don't know i'm pregnant, I STILL get this speech!!!! I've had it at least 3 times from 3 different people since I got that BFP.
Before that I got it too.. it seems to be one of the most common stupid things people who don't know much about TTC say.
the ONLY time I would tell someone to relax or take it easy is if someone has been trying for 3 months and gets all upset.

yes!! for me timing is everything. I am in school, soon to graduate and look for a job. I would need to have a baby before then or else I would have to wait a year or two...and I really don't want to!

This is always what people tell me all you need to do is relax it will happen....Oh really I felt pretty damn relaxed the last 3 months!!
All you can do is agree, otherwise they won't think you are and they'll keep going on and on!

The people who have said it to me:
--my mom who I love but....
--my OB/GYN!!!! I love her too -- she delivered my son and was AMAZING (it was an emergency C with pretty serious complications and she literally held me in her arms from the moment they started the spinal until I had to get flat on the table) But come on!
I get that she has patients who are much older and have been trying for much longer, but I'm 35 and on month 6 (and used ovulation predictors from the first month). She's a few years older than me and has two toddlers who are about 15 months apart -- so easy for her to say!!!
