I went to Lucille Roberts in Massapequa (on Sunrise) for years and loved it. They had good trainers, good classes and all the equiptment you need. I miss them!

I use to go to World Gym in Wantagh but it got rather expensive ($600 a year)...They had a lot though bc it is more of a "club" then just a gym..They have racquetball courts, pool, hot tub etc...
