People always asked me if Tyler was a girl. My family never believed me until we went on vacation and so many people made comments about him being a girl.
It doesn't bother me though

i have twin girls and i always get asked boy and girl, i don't mind if they havent looked at them, but if you look in the carriage and see pink blankets or clothing on both babies then come on, it is annoying
and most people think my dd that has more hair is a boy
although my mil says my dd looks like a boy every time she sees her, and i find that really annoying, fine if thats what you think but do you need to say it everytime, she better stop before my dd can understand her

I ALWAYS get asked "boy and a girl?" Poor Christian. Maybe its the blue eyes? IDK, I think when twins don't look alike people just look quick and assume they are different genders. Or, people are idiots. It used to annoy me but now I just hope it stops before they realize and he gets a complex LOL.

With my youngest DD, everyone always says "oh, how old is he??" "isn't he so cute?"
I usually just say "she is 6 months old." etc.
But in her defense she has no hair. I try to dress her in pink and purple, but not every one notices what she is wearing.

Hahaha, this always happens to me with the twins too...
"Oh, 2 girls?"
"No a boy and a girl"
"Oh I should have realized that, one is wearing blue"
and the same scenario asking if they are 2 boys happens also.

I have two girls. They will literally be dressed head to toe in pink and people are so effing stupid they will ask if they are boys or girls! My favorite is ..."are they twins".
My brother and I are 15 months apart. My mom had a double stroller for us. I had dark brown black hair my brother had blonde almost white hair people used to ask my mom if we were IDENTICAL TWINS!
People are just STUPID! I really hate talking to people when I am out with them!

I get this all the time with Charlie. People will say "Aww Whats his name?" I say, "She's a Girl" and they say "oh sorry - whats her name" and when I say Charlie, they always say "Oh I thought you said he was a girl"  I LOVE watching people get all flustered and confused!

Someone is always saying to me - "oh he is adorable!" I just learned to say "Thank you - HER name is Madelyn'...LOL. She does wear a navy blue jacket but it has flower cuffs and a flower lining. But she is usually wearing something pink, pink shoes or a dress. I think it is b/c she has very little hair. DD#1 had more hair at 6 months than she has at 17 months.

once a guy said "what a cute little boy" about my daughter--who was wearing a pink and white shirt that said "I'm all girl!"
it does bother me a little, I won't lie.

a few times when DS was a few months old, they would ask if he was a girl. There is NOTHING feminine about DS..LOL.

It's only happened a few times and usually it doesn't bother me. The only time it did was when a woman assumed he was a girl (he was wearing a boyish blue outfit) and even though I corrected her, she kept referring to DS as "she" and "her"

It happens all the time, but it doesn't really bother me...just makes me laugh I wish I had some kind of witty retort, but I don't usually think that quickly on my feet.

Same for me! A few people have asked, with Kiera in her PINK carseat, PINK outfit and hairbow- "is it a boy or a girl".. Come on... now not so much but when she was younger it happened a few times.

Wow...I truely can not believe people at times. I only had that happen to me once... DS was in a yellow one piece with a BLUE diansaur on it when we went to the easter bunny...he was all of 2 months old LOL... and the girl KEPT saying how cute SHE was....I kept correcting her, but still. LOL. I never let DS out of the house in anything other then all blue or total boy outfits now...even tho that one totally was HA
People are jsut annoying...

This is why my baby 9 times out of 10 has a big flower or bow on her head...
However, yesterday an old woman told me how cute "he" was (you know in "his" lavendar dress & leggings, trumpette socks and purple hat with a GIANT flower on top  ). I just had to laugh!

I used to get it all the time when Ariel was a baby....
She was once in a white DRESS that had pink and red strawberries and someone started gushing over her and saying what a gorgeous little boy she was....

I have a boy and a girl and people always asked me if I had 2 boys. Even if DD was wearing pink, people would ask me.
It hasn't happened as often recently, I think because DD's hair is finally getting longer and DS has a boy haircut.

Just recently I had someone post on my FB saying" Your son is sooo perfect" I answered "Thanks I actually have daughter but thanks anyways" She was embarrassed and deleted it...I found it to be funny!

Only really, really stupid people mistake DD for a boy and its usually when she is head to toe pink with a big pink flower in her hair. You see howlong her hair is. It has nothing todo with Joey and everything to do with people being stupid!
