Yes! Up until about 11 months! Even sometimes after I tell them his name is Connor. I have to say that his clothes are very boy-ish. I could understand if I dressed him in a lot of neutral clothes, but I don't. People are so odd...

Don't feel bad-We were in Target today and Sienna was in a gray outfit. The cashier told me that my son was adorable. You could clearly see her earrings. I said-No, she is a girl-see, she has earrings. He said-well, boys have earrings too. Surrreee...
ETA-In Boca, they constantly mistake her, even though she definitely looks like a girl, and with her pink blankets, pink clothes, headbands, etc. But they are older than dirt there, so I give them a pass

De, just sooooooo weird, I totally see two gorgeous boys! Maybe I'm biased(heck I'm their aunt), but in all honesty, I see boy all the way in joey, so that's just weird.

I had Haley dressed in a hot pink velour outfit complete with pink sneakers-and someone asked if she was a boy
Some people are morons.
Even with her ears pierced people ask if shes a boy. The kid wears 90% pink-I don't get it.

At 20 months DS is still confused with being a girl. All the blue and trucks/ cars on his shirts doesn't seem to do the trick.

OMG!!!! Deanna this happens to me all the time with the girls. I will dress them exactly the same or even all in pink and i will still get "one boy one girl?" it is beyond frustrating!!! At first it didn't bother me too much, but now this is every time we go out. oh and lately i have been getting "two boys?" yesterday i had them in turquoise and brown outfits with hats to match and sparkly things all over the hat with hearts. and i got "two boys?" at least 3 times? REALLY??? would i put a boy in that kind of hat? Oh and i also got from a lady in Macy's "Oh one had red hair and one has brown" "What the hell happened there?"
REALLY? that's what you say to someone?  i will never understand why people have diarhhea from the mouth!!!

Oh and btw Dylan and Joey are such boys!!! i don't understand how anyone could think they are girls!!! After reading this thread now I don't feel like I'm the only one!
