Beyonce Posts Message to Mitt Romney Supporters: “Take That Mitches” (PIC)
Beyonce celebrated President Obama’s re-election on Tuesday night by taking a dig at Mitt Romney supporters.
PHOTO BELOW
The singer posted a photo of a piece of notebook paper which read: “TAKE THAT MITCHES” on her Tumblr shortly after Obama’s victory was announced.
It appears that the post has since been removed.
Earlier this week, Jay-Z substituted “Mitt” for “b**ch” during a performance of “99 Problems” at an Obama rally in Ohio (video below).
Beyonce has been very supportive of Obama and the First Lady for years, and penned a gushing open letter to Michelle Obama last spring.
Still, some are wondering whether her message to Romney supporters was in bad form.

I personally think social media would have been flooded with messages of celebration mixed with hate if Obama lost so no I dont think anything of this message.

Two wrongs don't make a right. What happened to promoting a cause you really care about with some class, educating others on why you think he's the best man for the job instead of calling the other guy a ***** and humbly celebrating your victory? Real mature.

Good for her, I cannot TELL you the ish I have been hearing from Mitt supporters. Most of it is downright nasty. I have actually been called a moron on Facebook by a relative for voting for Obama. If they can dish it out, they should be able to take it. (and I know this does not apply TO ALL Romney supporters)

Am I the only one who doesn't get the big deal a out this? This is ten times tamer than half the shit posted on Facebook by a lot of people. I mean, she's a celebrity, not some model citizen set forth to be a shining role model for all mankind. Y'know what I mean?

the people following her tumblr are her FANS. people who pay good money for her albums, merchandise, concerts etc... It seems stupid to me that she would post something like that knowing full well it would be offensive to some of her fans voting for romney. If someone calls you a moron for voting a certain way...single THAT PERSON out...but to imply that people who voted a different way than you are "*******" or "mitches" or any variation of something condescending is totally uncalled for. She comes off as a child who can't handle that other people in the world have different views than her.

I feel the same way.
I have been called some horrible things for the vote I cast. I'm so grateful to those people for alerting me as to how ignorant I am and accusing me of wanting my country to fail But THIS is classless? Not really. Much much worse is being said on the other side.
PS Beyonce isn't famous for her brilliant mind She's a singer. We don't need to take anything she say seriously.
