didn't finish nighttime bottle...

DD is 6 mos old..normally she takes 7-8oz at bedtime. She had several vaccinations today and is running a low fever. She was too tired and just wanted to sleep so she refused to drink her entire bottle. She barely took 3.5 oz. I will assume she will wake in the middle of the night tonight because she will get hungry. Should I feed her? Just don't want her falling into the habit of midnight feedings again...or do you think 1 night would be ok??

Yes, if she's hungry feed her. One night won't change anything. She might just sleep through and wake up starving!

Our DS just got his vaccines also - and yesterday after his 6pm feeding, he basically slept through the night and ate again this morning when he woke up. Vaccines make him tired and if he was hungry I know he would wake up and eat.

I personally wouldn't feed her cause I would be afraid it would start a habit. once my DC started sleeping through the night for at least a week or 2 straight I stopped feeding them when they woke. this was around 8-10 weeks
