My daughter took my granddaughter for her 1 yr checkup today. She mentioned to the dr. that at night they brush her teeth then give her her nighttime bottle. She always falls asleep while she's drinking it. We NEVER put her in the crib with a bottle. We always hold her, then put her in the crib when she's done. Anyway, the dr. said it's ok to keep doing that. She said as long as she's not falling asleep in the crib with the bottle of milk hanging out of her mouth, it's ok.
