Basal Body Temp
I'm due for AF Friday so I'm going to start taking my temp next cycle. I'm never done this before so I'm nervous that I'll mess it up. Any advice?
Should I use an OPK or is that not necessary?

yes use an OPK. temping will only confirm ovulation, the first cycle you wont be able to predict ovulation with it. use fertility friend website or read taking charge or your fertility, both are great resources for temping.
