Yes, your BBT should have a shift and stay high if you are pregnant.

What is a high temp like a fever?
You would need to be charting your temps to notice a shift. It's really not accurate any other way.

Yeah, this is how I knew to test because I had thought I had got AF. It was also I sign to me that something went wrong when I noticed them dropping. And sure enough my progesterone had gone very low.
