We don't have a garage or basement...just an attic. Next time garage will be # 1 on our list b/c we need extra storage for kids toys/household products and especially for our cars! We are so tired of cleaning snow off of it in the winter and having it so hot in the summer!

It would have a been a deal breaker for us as my DH wanted a garage. Our new place has one and a shed. My close friend doesnt have one and is having one built in the next month or two b/c she feels she needs its (esp with having kids)
