Has anyone added a garage to their house?
We are looking to expand our cape and add a garage, if its not too much to ask, approximately how much did it cost to do yours?
just so we have an idea before getting quotes! Thanks!

My friends brother added one and it was under 10k. I think it is a 1.5 car garage. I am not sure who he used

I was told around 10K for 1 car and 20K for 2 cars. You can look at prices online for prefabricated detached garages just to get an idea for cost.
