Those that take an iron supplement...
which one do you take?
When i went for my glucose test they told me that my iron level was a bit low and to take an iron supplement but never told me which one.

i take the slow fe, the generic cvs version because it's a lot cheaper.
some of the others did not agree with me. i threw up from one of them. this one i take at night and it's fine.

I take one Slow Iron a day. I'm not sure of the exact mg's but I know that I was only slightly low and when they rechecked the next time the Slow Iron had helped get me back into the normal range.

i used to take the cvs one too and it does a number on my stomach. I stopped it all together- ill speak to my hematologist and see if there is anything else i can take that wont destroy my tummy

I take 900 mg's of Ferrasol a day - it makes my tummy upset, but nothing that I can't handle!

I was prescribed Ferralet 90 and so far so good!
