Do you take an iron supplement?
What kind do you take? Does it bother your stomach? TIA!

my doc told me to take sloFE but I haven't because I have enough constipation issues as it is. instead of that, I started eating a lot of fortified cereal , like cheerios and special K since they have a lot of iron.

Repliva now started with Slow Fe and they both constipate. I take it with a Colace chaser LOL

Same here!
This is what I took too. And again, no problems. My doc had me take them with a glass of OJ, to help the iron absorption.
