Yeah..it seems the brother Adam was the shooter and may have taken Ryans ID.
If that's the case. I feel for Ryan. His mother and brother are dead and another family member at the house.
But who the he!! knows right now. Too many conflicting reports.
i am curious about the ryan lanza on twitter though b.c he just posted somehting 11 mn ago. who is posting? if ryan lanza is in custody clearly this guy is not him...
im confused and just want answers like everyone else. those poor parents trying to get information

If the twitter account isn't the shooter's, it's definitely an account someone should be looking at.

It is so morbid, but I just hope for all of those babies, it was instantaneous. I really do. I just keep thinking about their last moments and the parents who were left waiting.....and as time went on and they didn't get their babies back.

Honestly- why is so much attention being paid to this guys fb and twitter account and if it's his or if it's not or it's his brothers?
WHO GIVES A SHIT about FB and Twitter.
Jesus we have much better things to worry about in this case then bullshyt social media.
It's like the earth can't spin on it's axis without FB or Twitter involved somehow.
I would love to see FB and Twitter be brought down one day by some huge virus.
Then what would people do???

I can't say enough how much I feel for the teachers. Of course, I feel horribly for the parents and kids.......but the teachers, they also stand out in my mind.
They become so close to kids and this must have such an impact on them...they really have such an important job in more than just teaching children, but protecting them.
I know teachers sometimes get a bad rep, but times like these I always am reminded of the other side of their careers....trying to protect kids even in horrible life or death situations.

i agree but i get wrapped up in needing to know who the hell this person is, where he is from, what provoked him. just looking for insight.
people are so dumb that they leave trails and clues. i think fb /twitter helps solve crimes.

the 24 hour news networks feed into this...its like they have to have something to talk about constantly and they do more harm than good i think

I can see seeking answers.......trying to piece it all together to try to form some sort of framework for what type of person is capable of this.
What were his hobbies?
What did he believe in?
What angered him or what did he like?
The thing that I hate is how HE becomes the cental focus on it and not the victims, or what were their hobbies or beliefs, you know?
But I admit I am curious about the shooter, his life, etc...if only to have some sort of answer or make sense of this.

I just can't help but feel like it might be time to move out of this country or to an underground bunker...people have lost their god damned marbles here!
eta: I'm also getting annoyed at the gif images and the soapboxing going on re: gun control etc. This is not the god damned time for politics! Guns don't kill people, people kill people. It's just so alarming how often incidents like this are happening. A tragedy happens and people run to create gif images to share on FB? it all seems like such fake sympathy to me. Someones first thought is to create an image to "share" on social media? ugh

Im not going to lie, the thought has crossed my mind today to move far away. Not today, but once the healing begins it is time to take a LONG look a gun control in the country and NOT as a republican/democrat/politic issue. But as an issue for the greater good, as an issue for the safety of our families and babies. this happens TOO OFTEN now, way TOO often. It is bc people HAVE lost their goddamn mind here, I dont know what is going on. I was just saying to a coworker, it was Columbine and then quiet for a few years, then another shooting, the quiet for 2 years, then another, and only quiet for a year, then it was twice a year, and this is what 5 times in the last year and a half? I dont know the answers, but it will soon be time figure something out. Not today, not tomorrow, it is not the time for debates, but healing. In the future though, it is time it was handled.

and there was a shooting in Oregon at a mall this past week. did the same, shots fired, then killed himself.

And right now this is all we have. We don't have any information on the victims. So people are focusing on what they do know. And that's who did this.

The girlfriend may be the female body at the Lanza home in CT.
Any more word on the person they arrested in the woods outside the school?
