for a special occasion maybe... but i'd also bring back up!
i wear heels sometimes when we just go out for dinner and it can get really uncomfortable by the time we are finished with dinner! also, remember your balance can be a bit off when you're pregnant... so be careful!

I was going to say the same thing.
I had a mishap a few years ago wearing heels - I fractured my foot and my ankle during a fall - and I haven't really been able to wear heels since.

My thoughts exactly. I'd be in agony and I'd definately fall on my face! Lol! I admire women who can walk in those AND be comfortable.

Depends how preggo I am, and if I could still manage to sqeeze my fat feet into them...
If I could then I totally would, but I'd bring a pair of flip flops to change into, just in case.

I wear heels all the time so I am very comfortable walking in them-pregnant or not.
If they were similar in height to some that I already own, I would wear them.
The only reasons I sometimes wear flats is because my feet swell up and I can't fit in my old shoes. But, I'm not as comfy in flats as I am in heels.

I normally wear flats, but those are nice heels! Unfortunately my feet have swollen to the point wear I can only wear open shoes or flip flop style shoes. My closed shoes don't fit anymore!

The last time I wore heels was to a wedding...I was 32 weeks pregnant. I couldn't imagine wearing anything like that now and probably wouldn't attempt it. So to answer your question, for me, it would depend on how pregnant I was.
