My hours are 750am-240pm but I commute to the city so including commute my hours are 550am-500pm.

9-5 M-F, I almost NEVER have to say late. My company is very much "5 is quitting time" and empties out.

8-4 are my work hours. I pick her up at 4:30. DH at times picks her up between 12-2 when he is not working or when his day ends early, which is often!
With holidays and summer fridays, I have about 6 weeks off a year. I have a lot of flexibility but, I would like to work 4 days a week.

M-Th - 8:30-5:30 - sometimes I leave around 5. Very flexible. DS is nearby so I go for a longer lunch to nurse him.

8:15am to 4:00pm. We don't get overtime (I work for the county) so by 3:55pm there is a line forming to clock out  
ETA: There is a small amount of flexibility. I can come in at 9 am if I need to and stay till 4:45pm when the office closes. If I need to come in any later or leave earlier I have to take time.

I leave the house at 6:00 am and get home anywhere from 2:30-3:00
