My job is really flexible. I work from home 2-3 days per week and on the days i go into the office i can go in anywhere from 5 am-10 am and work 8-9 hours. Usually i try to get in earlier so i am home by 3 to have the evenings to spend time with my girls.

Before going out on leave I left the house before 7 and got home anywhere between 7-9 provided I wasn't entertaining clients at a game.
When I return I'll do a mix of work from home and in the office. Hoping on office days I'm only gone from 7-7

My "desk" job is pretty flexible, I just have to do my weekly hours; I just have to be available for IFSP meetings and supervise therapists. I also do some EI home-based special instruction, so I work til 6:30 3 days a week.

Ugh....hate my hours
I start work anytime from 7am-9am.
If I start early & we are quiet.....i am sent home after my 8 hours!! This happens infrequently at best.
But just because 5 pm or 8 hours comes, it never means I am leaving ... if we get busy I HAVE to stay. Mandatory OT. No choice. Sometimes it's really last minute too that I find out. I could have my coat on, answer the phone at 5pm & work 1/2 hour to 5 hours of OT.
It sucks. MINIMAL flexibility. Little concern on their part if I have something planned. If I NEED to leave on time (by 5pm), I have to tell them the day before and it's usually recieved with a bit of attitude
BUT since this is a small family owned business with not many employees I have to do what I have to do.
I love the work I do so I suck it up.

I work PT. 3 full days per week.
My hours SHOULD be 8:30-5:00. However, my office recently moved an hour away from home. I cannot get to work before 9 with dropping DD off at daycare and then dealing with traffic. I also have to pick her up before 6pm otherwise I have to pay for extended care.
With that said, I work 9-4:30. As long as my work is getting done, nobody says anything about it.

I work 9-5 but my commute is an hour and a half each way. We leave the house at 7:30am...drop the girls off at my ILs at 8:15am and then drive to work. On the way home we leave at 5pm and pick them up around 5:45ish and we usually walk in the door anywhere from 6:30-7pm depending on traffic.

I leave the house for work at 2pm. I start work at 3:25pm and end work at 12 midnight. I get home from work at 1am.  God, I wish I was a SAHM.

I work on a rotating schedule so 1 week I work 8-4 and the next I work 4-12...I have zero flexibility...I have to be there when I'm scheduled and that's that.

My hours are 7:20 am - 2:20 pm. I have a half hour commute. I am usually at work by 6:45 am and leave on time. Most days I am home by 3 or 3:30. Maybe later if I have a meeting.
ETA: DH works 12 hours shifts (11am- 11pm) so he drops off DS on mornings that he has to work and then I pick DS up. When DH is off, he is home with DS.
