I had similar Corelle dishes in college--they are awesome!! We gave them to my SIL when we got new dishes for the wedding. They are so light, stackable, and stull look brand new!

bloomingdales they were sets that were being disconntinued. I think its a 164 piece set we got for $100. we bought 2 boxes, it was so cheap it was worth it the extra $100 to have replacement pieces.

We had Mikasa Swirl in black and in white from BBB. They are are casual and fancy dishses though. And they are sooooo durable. DH dropped one of our mugs once and the tile floor cracked and the mug didnt even chip!!

I have Fiestaware in multiple colors. A different color for each place setting. I like the cheery but simple look.  Macy's carries them and are on sale alot!

Corelle Isleha from the Corelle factory store on LI. Very affordable. We've had them for a few years now - no chips/cracks and they still look brand new!
