Re: What temperature do you keep the house at night ?
72 and it kills me
My 2 year old hates feety pjs and pulls off her socks and refuses a blanket under all circumstances.
My DH and I used to do 60 at night - no more.

What temperature do you keep the house at night ?
67 at night 71-72 during the day. I am one of those people that are cold if you sneeze in front of me. My house is also very drafty in the winter.

68-70 while we're awake. 65-67 while we're asleep. We used to keep it at 60 but no longer do that now that we have DD.

What temperature do you keep the house at night ?
We just bought a co-op over the summer. There a weird dial on the baseboard that says 1-2-3, not sure how to regulate temperature with it. Conveniently, our space is over the boiler room for the entire building so we haven't even had to turn it on yet.

Re: What temperature do you keep the house at night ?
For those of you that keep the temp less than 68 is this only at night when in bed or in the evening when you are home? If you are awake and it is 62-66 what do you wear a lot of layers?

What temperature do you keep the house at night ?
Main thermostat is 66 all the time. Den and bedroom go up and down. My bedroom drops to 68 in the middle of the night, but until midnight and by 5 am it's 72.

Has anyone upped the insulation in their attic and did it make difference?
We resided two sides of the house and caulked and I can feel difference. It's definitely warmer than it used to be when the wind is from those sides.
