I was in the subway yesterday and like this woman just bumps right into me and like rips my shirt. So then I was like watch where you're walking lady and she like totally ignored me.

Lately it is "Woe is me" or any variation of that where someone is feeling like their plight is not of their own making. Get your sh1t together & don't be a victim. There are true situations where "woe is me" should be used. The majority of the time, it's not warranted.
"Not for nothing"
"Can I be honest?"
"I don't mean to be a b1tch but..."
"With all due respect"
Both of which are followed by the person being a b1tch & not being respectful to the person they're speaking to.

The word is piss. Can't stand it.
Phrase " So what's doin'?". One of my ex's mother used to say and my MIL does. It just make me nuts!

I really do not like when people say "YOU PEOPLE" when starting a complaint. "You people always debit my account..." or "You people never answer the phone.." Ugh.
I also find it grating when people say "That's NOTHING..." in response to a story and then proceed to tell their OWN story. "Oh you were in labor for 2 weeks and gave birth to twins?" THAT'S NOTHING.. I was in labor for 2 weeks and 1 day and gave birth to triplets!" It's just RUDE!

It also gets on my nerves when people really can’t stop using one word to fill in blanks of their speech. You know the speakers who obviously use “uhm”/”ah” so many times you start to count them? Also the word “and” so this that and then this and then we will and if you think about and just so we are clear and … FINISH YOUR SENTENCE.
During orientation once, a guy started his speech with the word And “And I am Mr. blah” I thought it was weird at first then he just kept saying And. About half way through I started to keep a count on my paper for the times he said “and” as well as when he completed sentences. He had over 30 uses of And when inappropriate and only 3 total sentences. The girl next me saw what I was doing and started to giggle. SO ANNOYING!

A radio station had a recurring contest where callers had to talk about a random topic (given to them by the DJ) for a minute, I think. They couldn't say "uh, um, or ah". There weren't a lot of winners.....
